This one was $20 and it's good.

Had to resort to Darth Bezos, but I finally got some. I was nervous because (to me) it had a sort of chemical smell when I opened it, but I made mushroom risotto (porcini, chanterelle, shiitake, oyster, and cremini mushrooms) tonight and finished it with the Nagrani, and it was amazing! Thanks again for the recommendation.

Here’s a bad pic of a filling meal:

My favorite thing to put it on is scrambled eggs.

Did you end up with the right amount of mushrooms?

Yes, thanks! That was a great help. 0.5 oz dried porcini, 0.5 oz chanterelle, both reconstituted in chicken stock, about 10 oz. cremini, 3.5 oz shiitake, maybe 4 oz of oyster mushrooms (last three all fresh.) The recipe called for a pound and a half of fresh, but I chickened out, and I’m glad I did. Whew, it was plenty rich as it was.

I’ll try the truffle oil on scrambled eggs next. There go my cholesterol readings.

CC47AA56-BEF1-4D56-A356-CDE55EBD3D4A.png@Behr, the instantaneous loading of results to my phone continues to blow my mind. The map on the phone is brilliant too. I might try to find ways to mix up routes with it. Have you used the music function? I haven’t (would try it for walks and runs maybe though, obviously not for road cycling)

Not knocking Dennys, it could happen anywhere.

Only really bad case of food poisoning I've ever had was from eggs at Dennys here in Ft. Myers on Gladiolus drive.

I won't change a tire in a Dennys parking lot.

There was a Mexican spot in Berkeley we went to a fair amount. I got really sick after eating there one night.

I think I had a stomach bug rather than food poisoning, because we all shared. But, I still have trouble having Mole sauce 15 years later.

I would have gone to the hospital if I could have moved.

That's how I know Slice is wrong. I experienced hell for a good 24 hours. The trip there and back was the worst I've ever felt.

I thought I was wrong once but I was mistaken about that
