So we had to buy that range a few weeks ago....has both convection oven and air fryer....wife is an excellent cook but had never used a confection oven before....now, she only uses the convection feature, and asparagus and sprouts are amazing using convection

Edit: The oven requires a flat "air fryer basket," and the one for that oven is about 50 dollars, but I haven't pulled the trigger on that yet.

Just for presentation. I know you're much too smart and frugal, but there are some people that will see a server walk across the dining room with that and someone not so much like you, will say "WTF is that??." The server will say "candied bacon drizzled with bourbon" and they'll say "TWO".

Yeah I would immediately know hanging bacon is candied bacon with a bourbon drizzle.
