I know pretty late to comment on this, I can’t wait until my grandchildren are old enough, hopefully, there’ll be enough blooper videos of me to share on their social medias. but do you see yourself doing this with her? She looks like she’s having the time of her life.!

Oh sure, and why not? Marriage is a legal status. Being married is (to me) different. If you can’t stand to be under the same roof any more, but you can act enough “like grownups” to negotiate legal and financial stuff without leaping across the table with murder in your eyes, and if neither feels the need to remarry, then there you go. It’s a lot like dissolving a business partnership.

Note: This isn’t how I do it. Just how others do it, and I see how it works for them.

The diet limitations are not a problem. the fasting schedule is takeing some adjusting. I'm considering eating the carpet. 2 more hours.

So day 3 in carno, miserable, no energy (expected) willing to eat masonite. Watching clock tick to 2pm. But found it interesting I am already at 400.0 weight. That's a 10.4 difference in 3 days. There's no way I am in ketosis yet, and pee strip proves that. So I basically think that was everything I have pooped and peed out. So my detractors will find vindications that I was indeed full of Sh*T.

Mom's out of surgery and in ICU. Still asleep, likely will be for awhile. Doctor said everything went really well, just because she’s so small, he also increased the size of the actual aorta. Said she has no issues with blockages or anything like that. Did need some blood because she was slightly anemic, but that was expected from the stenosis. If everything progresses well she could move to a regular room tomorrow, otherwise it will be Monday. She’s on a ventilator, but should be able to breathe on her own when she wakes up. Hopefully she can go home Tuesday or Wednesday. And, she’s now part cow (that’s what they got the valve from)

Also, I’m sad @Behr didn’t appreciate my Al Gore joke
