Got my flour and got my mise en place. Mixed the milk and butter, heated it, then got my sugar, salt and flour mixed. Opened my new jar of yeast and....wait.

My older daughter once made spinach Maria (Calhoun's recipe) for Christmas dinner but used a tablespoon instead of a teaspoon of red pepper flakes.

My son was the only one who could eat it.
