I don't know why this camera makes things darker than they actually are but it did with the hushpuppies too. The tomato paste wasn't that black, it was perfectly caramelized.

You could take it to a different level with garlic, onions, peppers, basil, Avocado, bacon etc, but for what I was trying to accomplish I didn't even add salt and pepper.

Lulz. I should probably read the whole thing before commenting. I stopped after them giving mayo a 5 and said it was the worst of the bunch. And the way Gordo stated it I just assumed coconut oil was the 10/10 and I give that opinion no credit so I didn't continue.

Then, curiosity got the best of me and I wanted to see what they said about why the coconut oil grilled cheese sammich was so good.

I just had never heard of coconut oil for grilled cheese
