i get so sick of people wanting to fire coaches left and right. Anybody for that matter. People want people fired from their jobs all the time. What type of person wants to see people fired all the time. Really. You can't even critique a coach or stick up for a move by a coach without either wanting him fired or a blind sunshine pumping sheep, or whatever the clowns are calling objective people nowadays.

If you dont perform at your job, or you dont do a good job at all, do you expect to still keep your job?

I love the people who want to bring Pearl back, they are the very ones who would be jumping up and down calling him liar and cheater and everything in between if Kentucky or Memphis were doing it.Get over it, Pearl isn't coming back nor should he be allowed too.

When people are working on a contract, they usually get to the end of the contract and it is determined whether or not the contract will be extended.

We made the tourney EVERY year with Pearl. Personally, I like Cuonzo better. I really want him to do well, but...he just isn't getting it done. It's sad to watch us get whipped at home by uga.

I seem to remember it was pretty obvious during the opening tourney that while these guys have talent, there wasn't really any fight in them, they were playing undisciplined, sloppy, weak basketball and all the CCM lovers where saying, "just wait, give them time, let the season progress, you will see..." and yes we see, they continue to be fragile-minded players with no self-confidence, who play sloppy Bball and still can't shoot outside shots, inside shots, free-throws, etc... and have actually seemed to regress instead of get stronger and better. There is ZERO swagger or confidence in this team, its written all over their faces. With the exception of McRae and a few others who will get hot every once in a while, someone needs to hit the reset button on the rest of the team and most importantly the STAFF. Those guys are better than this and that is a shame that we have a coach that can't seem to get the most out of his players.

Actually, UT was the 2nd best program in the SEC in wins behind Ky until the Houston and O'Neill eras allowed Bama to take us over. We're still Top 4 in the league in wins, titles and tourney titles though.

Fans like you don't deserve ANYTHING. If this is how you handle losing, you don't deserve success. Ever. What we're all getting now is what people like you deserve all the time.

A good company owner understands all aspects of manager and employee performance and the market place. I see managers all the time that don't know wtf they are doing making changes that ruin areas and business models and bring companies down. Many times because they make knee jerk decision and go after a quick fix, all the while the company reputation and turnover is killing them.
