The current series is the kind the Reds have to win to have a good season. They have to handle the Marlins, Nationals, Pirates, and Rockies to piece together a good record.

they needed to sweep the marlins, milton and williams are pretty bad. i think they will keep the reds from making any kind of run.

williams maybe the worst reds starting pitcher in history. i would rather have casey back sitting on the dl. this guy is downright embarrassing. his era will be over 10 after tonight.

with williams and milton pitching they better keep scoring 12 runs a game. i look for williams to be released after last nights outing. his era is 10.50, they will call somebody up from louisville.

Bronson Arroyo with 8 solid innings. Weathers finishes it off. Always good to start a series with a win.

If Harang and Arroyo get 30 combined wins, the other 3 starters get 40 combined the bullpen pulls in another 20 we have a wild card team on our hands.

I like your line of thinking, but it's probably a bit optimistic. A .500 season, coupled with good minor league seasons for Homer Bailey and Travis Wood, will satisfy me.

your predictions are starting to look pretty good empire. you need to go to las vegas and place acouple of bets. we get another pitcher at the allstar break we might acoomplish somethings.

Harang with a shutout, Brandon Phillips with 4 more RBIs. Nice to win a series in Milwaukee, where the Reds haven't had a great deal of success.

Elizardo Ramirez with a strong start. What a novel concept, call up a pitcher from Triple A and he pitches well.

Hopefully this is not the usually tease from the Reds in the early months of the season.

Just avoid those long losing streaks........

Wilson will be back before you know it......His rehab start was with mixed reviews, he only gave up two runs in seven innings but gave up 11 hits.

Wilson is the "pitch" to contact guy.............. :dunno: :focus: :cross:

hey we all know how the pickup of Bronson Arroyo has given the pitching staff a big boost...but wow how about the emergence of Brandon Phillips...so far he is hitting .362 with 17 rbi ...that is a lift that no one expected and is a big reason as to why we are 13-7

dave williams got hammered again tonight 4 runs in 5 innings. when are they going to release this clown. has to be the worst trade in years.

Why, because they got rid of an overweight, overpaid, slap hitting first baseman? Thay should have sent Casey on his way long ago. He was nothing more than a blubbery version of Hal Morris.
