They definitely have an identity. It's scrappy
As for improvement they need more power and another starter. The good news it they have all kinds of power in AAA and a stud starter. The next 5-7 yrs looks bright for this franchise
Jon Heyman better figure out how to spell McLain. He comes across as clueless with posts like that
The Reds do need to clear a 40 man spot. They could do it pretty easily by moving Votto to the 60 man IL. They'd still have an open a spot on the active roster. I'd like to see them send Newman packing

Given where the Reds stand as of today, this is a pretty nice lineup:
1. Jonathan India (R) 2B
2. Matt McLain (R) SS
3. Jake Fraley (L) LF
4. Spencer Steer (R) 1B
5. Tyler Stephenson (R) C
6. Nick Senzel (R) 3B
7. Henry Ramos (S) DH
8. Wil Myers (R) RF
9. Stuart Fairchild (R) CF
To think that just weeks ago we had the likes of Stuart Fairchild and Wil Meyers hitting 3rd or 4th.
Baseball is about to become fun again in Cincy.
Elly is Minors' most electric player -- just ask his peers
It sure is. His main problem is his strikeouts but I think he'll deal with that. My comp is Eric Davis and he improved that part of his game. I think Elly will too. Question is will they leave him at SS? I'm thinking his talent should force others to move to make room for him but we'll see
