Announce the firing this weekend, then announce the new hire during halftime of the Super Bowl.

Or better yet, take out a 60 second ad during the Super Bowl to make the announcement.

And I’m pretty sure he’s laughing at how hard the “Mullen to Cowboys” narrative is being pushed by him.

The only way Dallas is ever going to be successful is if Jerry steps aside and lets someone run the day to day football operations. He can direct his attention to being in the middle of all league matters.

Don't see it happening. He proved in 1994 that he has to get the credit when they win... or he is not happy.
