DC Black Hawk vs Plane crash, Philly Crash. Malicious, or incompotence?

Hey look, one DEI hire criticizing another one.
Am I doing it right?
No, she’s from different era where she had to meet the same physical standards as the men.

Ditto on the hot. Mature, attractive, intelligent women score very high. Even when I was young, they scored high.

Yeah, but not on the Trump scale. He definitely has a type. Bleach blonde, young, tv camera smile and experience. Brunnnettes are ok if they are good looking. Noem. Gabbard. No ugos.

Notice Sarah Huckabee Sanders has not shown up in any relevant way in Trump 2.0. And who is press secretary now?

Sarah is too busy locking down Arkansas as the #1 in charge. Believe you’re discounting Habba in your new Trump material of jealousy.

Has to be frustrating as the left rolled out Peppermint Patty and KJP as the best looking. MSNBC had to give Peppermint the Marcia Clarke TV makeover.

Also pretty sure the incoming aircraft was at their 10 or 11 o’clock - not their 5 o’clock as she stated. At least from the video I saw.

Exactly. 100%. This is a very important fact. Other aircraft should have been visible to the pilots left side while she flew several hundred yards to strike the aircraft in front of her. Also, the helo pilot was told in plain English to stay at an altitude of 200-220ft and go behind the jet. Instead she climbed to ~350ft in altitude and seems to accelerate while headed straight for the jets flight path. Don't know if this was suicide or just being inept...I have seen night vision goggles mentioned which could be a factor. With all the lights from the city, reflections from the water etc it seems to me that goggles are a bad idea in this airspace.

I had a type. I had a natural draw to blonde/dark blonde as a young man. Then I married a brunette. Her and her 2nd personality were both nut jobs. Lasted 3 years I think. My current is totally opposite me in almost every way. Can be extreme volatile, but it works. She's 5'2" and two kids hot, very pretty, but it was neither the back to bonde look nor the face but hte see through blue eyes. Found out later they would show green depending on attire, and yellow and red for other reasons I can only assume are demonic. But, we're 27 years in and now including dating. In a comparable age comparison to the current press secretary, she would have held her own very well.

Call me igonorant, as I likely am at aviation, but if the incoming jet was to the helo's 5 o'clock, wouldn't they have already passed and missed ??

Why eye ball altitude when you got an altimeter on the dash. It was a simple instruction. Hold altitude and veer behind. Holding altitude prob would have been sufficient. Veering behind was likely a secondary safeguard instruction.

And why the social media scrubbing. Did she have online content that could have been interpreted badly after the accident??

What does it have to do with the crash?

Because the FAA was so focused on DEI, they explicitly DIDN‘T hire hundreds of very qualified whites, leaving ATC chronically short staffed. There is a lawsuit over that issue right now; but I bet you already knew that; but we’re just hoping that we DIDN’t know.

What does THAT have to do with THIS crash?
ATC in the tower was understaffed. In fact, one ATC staff member was doing the work of two. Specifically, that one employee was handling both airline and helicopter traffic simultaneously.
Now I wonder how that could have contributed 🤔

You "wondering" is not remotely evidence that DEI had anything to do with this.

And by your logic above, any time a government agency, at any level, and in any respect, made an error, you could blame DEI because it in theory could always be a distraction. By that logic, its the fault of having government in D.C. that is the cause because its often cold there and the traffic is terrible. Or, if they had a better Starbucks around the corner from the air traffic control tower, then maybe, just maybe, the guy would have been more alert.

Point is, your self-serving speculation that DEI had anything to do with this is not evidence, proof, or even supportive in general.

I'm not wading into the DEI aspect of it here...... Well at least directly.

I have seen it mentioned that there is a lawsuit, that supposedly qualified people have been rejected..... They say because of DEI. Set that aside for a moment. The counter I've seen to that was the qualifications changed, they couldn't meet those requirements. So assuming there was some test they couldn't pass but would have met qualifications in the past........... Or something to that effect. I'm paraphrasing my understanding of others arguments here.

So if we have a critical shortage and have overworked and overstressed ATC's should we not look at those standards and figure out why we can't get the quantity of candidates needed and address it? Before we lose more passenger jets to catastrophic events.

Maybe we should go back to prior guidelines and standards. Could we use AI to assist ATC's and take some of that load off? Not sure I'd trust that...... Not sure I trust stressed and overworked ATC either though.

Seems the media reporting the ATC on duty was doing the job of two is pretty explanatory, but here we are.

Oh please. I know you are more intelligent than you appear to be right now.
DEI wasn’t a “distraction”; it was a definitive and deliberate decision to purposely and with full knowledge of the probable side effects; to forego hiring 1000 additional controllers with the single solitary rationale being that they were too white.
You are deliberately neglecting to discuss that issue because you know it renders your arguments moot.
