I've had my daughter turkey hunting for a couple of years now. She got her first turkey last year. It made hunting fun for me again.
We plan on getting her first deer this year.
You and me both. Got mine a starter bow. He's still nervous about using it.
So, I don't have any trail cam pics to show (I hunt on my family's property and rarely even scout it, but it holds lots of deer), but I've been shooting a lot lately and decided to make things a little easier on myself with a bow stand and a stand for the new target I bought. Got all my cuts done today and realized I was a piece short on the target stand. I got the bow stand cut and assembled, though. Here's the pic.
I built it out of 1 1/2" pvc. I'm going to add a cup holder to the top and wrap it in camo tape. I'll post the target stand when it's done.

Ok, so I finished my target stand and used it for the first time today. Built this out of 2" pvc and drilled bolt holes through the top. The only thing I don't like about it is that it swings when the arrow hits. May have to add a crossbar to the back.
Take the corners of the bottom part of the bag and attach them to the stand like the top corners. Thst should keep it from swinging.
After closer inspection doesn't look like it has bottom corners. Some bar or bungy cord across the back would do the job.
