I'm still wondering if I had the Alpha strain in February 2020. Several flights, including one that turned into eight hours because of heading to divert due to a blizzard. A few weeks later, I spent a free days unable to get out of bed with flu symptoms but none of the flu strain tests showed anything. Lungs looked like I had early pneumonia but had too many other symptoms on top of it.
Can you post a link to the above quote? I've never heard or read where anyone said that.
That's not even remotely the same thing as saying "everybody dies" as to imply EVERYBODY on the face of the earth the way you did. He's not wrong. People who are susceptible to the symptoms of COVID and refuse to be vaccinated run a very high risk and yes, many will die. The "LOTS of it" quote is not inaccurate. Even if it's a small percentage when compared to the population as a whole, that's still a very large number of people that will continue to be hospitalized and needlessly overburden the hospital emergency rooms. Now, I'm not at ALL in favor of the government mandating vaccines. Staunchly opposed to it in fact. I would rather like to believe that people would come to their senses on their own and do it voluntarily because it's the rational, sensible thing to do. But as someone above posted, I find it very difficult to find sympathy for those who choose to suffer from this virus because their own paranoia or stubbornness.

Kamala's Husband Spreads Misinformation, Says COVID Vaccine 'Only Thing' That Will Prevent 'Dying Or Getting Really Sick' | ZeroHedge
“This is real,” Emhoff says, completing his sentence. “And it’s the only thing that is going to prevent you, your family and others from dying or getting really sick.”
Say what? A vaccine is the only thing that is going to prevent people from dying from COVID? Is this what the Biden administration’s door knockers are telling people in private?
The recovery rate for COVID is 98 to 99 percent. Almost all the deaths are due to age or underlying conditions. Johns Hopkins currently has the rate at 98.2 percent in America. Even Dr. Anthony Fauci testified before Congress that the survival rate is actually 99 percent because asymptomatic cases are under counted.
Emhoff seemingly doesn’t care to give the facts to Posadas and put the success of the media stunt at risk. “I’m so grateful you’re doing this in front of the cameras so you can tell everyone it’s okay,” said Emhoff.
Thanks, but you ran off the tracks a little. Where did you get the quote you posted and claimed everyone was throwing it around. This quote:
“if we don’t get vaccinated, we will all die”
Maybe I can help you understand. This virus much like the flu virus mutates if it has many hosts to spread between. Today’s vaccines that about 1/2 of adults in the US have taken were designed for the original Covid virus. That Virus has already mutated into the Delta variant which is currently thought to be more aggressive and deadly than the original variant. Fortunately, the existing vaccines are proving to be fairly effective against the Delta variant also. If 1/2 of the country remains as viable hosts from being unvaccinated then the virus is likely to continue to mutate with the real possibility a future variant won’t be effected by the current vaccines. Then the entire nation would have to start over with a new vaccine (assuming one will be created in a timely manner). Without hosts to spread between the virus won’t be nearly as likely to mutate. Hope this helps.Has the government or anyone else ever pushed this hard for everyone to get a flu vaccine? They literally act like those that don’t get vaccinated are going to kill the vaccinated and makes no sense.
So what you're saying because something like 75% of the world's population hasn't gotten vaccinated then we're screwed because it will mutate forever.Maybe I can help you understand. There's a lot of misinformation by both sides out there. But I don't think anyone with any sense or credibility is saying if we don't get vaccinated we'll all die.Not exactly the same thing but as I posted above there are two examples in this thread of health officials saying if you don't choose the vaccine you are choosing death. The head of HHS said this during a CNN interview and the video in this thread of the Dr. ends with her uttering these words.

I think I've been reported to Jen Psaki and the industrial military media conglomerate.the 1/2 vaccinated is supplemented by those who have immunity from prior infection.
it's why we aren't seeing a real wave of the Delta variant - yes cases are up from rates not seen since the early days of pandemic but the # of hosts has already been drastically reduced due to natural immunity and vaccinated people. Between those with one dose and natural immunity we are above 60% of the population resistant to infection.
as for the "real possibility" that some variant will emerge that won't be affected by current vaccines - do you have any data to support that claim? I'm sure it's possible but you state it as if it is a likelihood and I've seen nothing to suggest that is true.
