To my mind it's OK to be harsh. These are people that want to send YOUR money from YOUR work that belongs to YOUR family to wealthy politicians, corrupt bureaucrats, and dirty contractors.

They don't mind because they're too broke to have any of this coming out of their own pockets, and because they're too stupid to think beyond what the TV and Reddit tell them.

I ran a business dept free. Sold that business and now on a much smaller scale run a business dept free and I do that with budgets. It’s not unreasonable for me to expect my government to act the same way……for the reasons you just pointed out.

It aggravates me no end when people make excuses for the rampant waste of money by corrupt politicians who have no interest in a budget because those politicians are getting rich off the confusion.

The U.S. has been at war for quite some time. YOU FAILED, and now this is reality.

This is stuff he should have been doing during term one, obviously, I don't think he really knew how bad it really was i.e. he was fighting for survival the whole time.

There might be more than one person in D.C. fighting for you, but its clear there is only one person responsibility for the chance of recovery.

The worst part of this to me is the logic path they're on.

They say the wealthy do not pay taxes.
They then say our government needs to pay for any number of literally insane things, include ineffectiveness.
The government gets its money from taxes.
If the wealthy are not footing the bill, who is?

By their logic, they're asking normal people- their neighbors, friends, family- to give up their resources, that they need to for their families, to waste and corruption and valueless garbage. What is more evil than that? To make matters even worse, even if funding this BS was "productive", what makes them think they get to demand someone else's resources for it? Evil, evil, evil. And we're taught to hate evil.

Ok, fine. Let's just think about the question, however, without any inclusion of what Obama or Biden or HRC did as officials. What would your reaction be if they had tweeted that same statement coupled with pardoning a Mayor who aligned themselves with their political agenda?

A fine that was paid? No dude. Trump, and by extension his family and business, are richer now because he was president. The Saudi deal is just one example but we can talk about MEME coins and Gold Bibles too if you want.

Selling things is bad? I don’t think that’s the thing that upsets people about political wealth. If anything, that’s how wealth should be earned, is it not?
