So apparently Trump paused Mexican tariffs because Mexico said they would bring 10,000 troops to the border. Last year, 2024, they stationed 15000 troops at the border. So, are those troops still there to make the total 25000 Mexican troops at the border or are there only 10k there now?

So it seems like this is true, which begs the question of who really folded yesterday.

Please educate us on the waste in SS. Don’t think the American public wants to pay 15% of their lifetime income into a retirement plan only to have some billionaires decide to reduce the earned benefits.

not really any different than before DOGE stepped in. the system was design in such a way that the current conditions were going to require a reduction in benefits. EVERY wealth management, retirement planner etc I have talked to have told me, 35 yo, to not count on getting anywhere close to what my parents are getting. a reduction or change is coming one way or the other.

the elected people were never the ones really making the decisions on benefits, and plenty of them are upper tier millionaires if not billionaires themselves.

I don't think Elon is winning 'the left' back unless he completely flips on his values again, but it wouldn't be the first time

If Soros dedicated himself to cutting wasteful government spending and exposing fraudulent USAID, we would be cheering on Soros as well. You are being intentionally oblivious to why people are excited about what Elon and Doge are doing.
