My career actually involved IT the U.S. military both as tech and as a programmer, although the career also involved other things... many careers.

You are not worried about any of that stuff that could go wrong, because apparently from what we can tell IT ALREADY DID. You were nowhere to be found i.e. context. You didn't care, now you are going ape **** after the fact.... the real damage was done and YOU DIDN'T CARE and still don't.

How about you let them try it their way for a bit? Because doing it your way has lead to some pretty bad stuff from what we can tell, no?

Yeah, there are checks on targeting and authentication but POTUS has ultimate authority to launch. As long as his order is authentic the nukes start flying.

We had no idea who was actually running the country at the top and he is worried about some unauthorized payment that I guess he thinks could happen...... when in actuality that was already going on but he doesn't care about that.

I have not personally looked up the payments.

They can keep attacking the messengers or get on board. It doesn't appear to be everyone's imagination.

I never cared before? Can you point to where the systems were previosly compromised on this level and I ignored it? I've got lots of posts on this board that show you're grossly exaggerating or very likely lying.

I'm not going apeshit as you want to paint me. I realize it's actually important to your argument that you characterize me in that way but it really makes you look silly

If you approve of the way this project is being handled then you had nothing to do with dev or administering a system. At least not one that didn't run on punch cards

If these guys have security clearances how is this being handled any differently from other contractors having access to the data/information?

It's clear I am discussing the integrity of the payments system and not an individual payment. Well, clear to anyone with even a basic level of reading comprehension.

There's also not a regular on this board who believes i didn't care about Biden being compromised or who was running the country. I've commented thousands of times on the subject over the past several years. Again you're just making up things to bolster a very weak stance

The only thing that is important is to find out what is going on, than its to stop improper payment which seem to be fairly prevalent from what we can tell.

Absolutely i.e. move, move quickly, modify/change/adapt, move, move quickly, etc. All it appears to be is large data dumps and than they sort and collate the results. Not sure what is new here other than they appear to actually work for a living.

It's not about clearance it's about the process of making changes. It's usually only the most experienced that have access to prod and even then there are many checks before rolling out choose. It appears the doge team is unburdened by those

It just appears to be large dataset dumps, they than can do whatever they want with their copy.

The problem isn't what is going on now, the problem is these things have been going on for years.... this is the solution.

Dumps to where? Pulling that kind of data out of the current system could create huge security issues

They're literally making code changes to very old systems they've been in for only a few days. This isn't just data dumps
