I don't think he walks, I thought there was a good case for reasonable doubt based on the facts as they were known. Defense wasn't very vigorous IMO. I think he's found guilty of lesser charges.Cop will walk.

B. You said removed from office and he was removed literally a hour later by a vote in Congress regarding the electoral college.
You can't remove someone twice.
