Dexter

Btw, I agree... did not expect Biney to show up. Dexter is going pure evil. Pretty sure this is supposed to be the last season... hope that's not the case but that's what I've heard. I heard it prior to the season and it seems to be shaping up that way

Michael C. Hall is holding out for more money, so it may be the last season but wasn't scheduled to be before the start of filming.

Next week looks amazing, Dexters brother is now in his head, and he's going to run in to Trinity's son? It's about to get crazy....

This episode was the best of the season so far. Sorry to see Brother Sam pass but it was practically inevitable. The return of his brother signifies that Dexter is completely void of "the light" now.

Trinity's son has now taken his place? Holy crap next week's episode looks like another great hour of television.

I can't say what my favorite season was. I was an episode away from the season finale where Rita dies and someone who doesn't even watch Dexter thought she was being funny by telling me Rita dies(her friend told her). I wonder if she thought it was funny when I got pissed at her and barely talked to her anymore. Petty, I know. But at the time, it really pissed me off because I told her not to tell me when she tried to and yet she blurted it out after the fact on purpose. People intentionally ruining things for others became a pet peeve after that :)

My friend nearly didn't watch that entire season because he had already known what was going to happen thanks to Facebook. He's glad he eventually watched it, though.

I wasn't going to not watch it. I didn't watch the show from the start though so I watched all of it up until that point in the span of a week or two. So after watching like 30 or 40 hours or whatever, I was pissed that she intentionally spoiled it for me when I was one or two episodes away. We were laughing because she would start blurting it out and I would pull the phone away as not to hear. And finally when we started talking normal again and were done laughing, she immediately says "Rita dies". Like wtf... I was just pissed. Again, petty but there was no way around not being pissed at that moment for me.

Bad episode. And the return of Brian had so much potential. There were so many WTF moments in this episode. Bad writing.

I didn't really care for trying to bring back in the Trinity killer storyline. I didn't think he'd kill the kid but it was still weak.

That episode was the definition of filler.

Was hoping that Bryan would be back for more than just the one episode and that he would have more of an impact on this season, but I guess i'm not that surprised.

Dexter going all gung ho using the billboards as target practice was a definite "uh, what" moment. Just an ok episode. I'm beginning to fear that this series has reached it's peak as far as main plotlines go.

I'd have to say Sunday's episode was by FAR the worst ever! Glad to see him pass on his brother at the end, hopefully it gets back on track!

I don't know if it was the worst(been a while since I've watch all the episodes prior) but it was certainly pointless. Nothing really happened and the storyline didn't really progress

This episode was okay, but we really need to find out if Olmos is actually real or imaginary ASAP.

Wouldn't he be real? He killed Travis's sister, hit him with a shovel and chained him up. I find it hard to believe Travis did it all himself(especially hitting himself with a shovel?) and blacked it all out. Maybe I guess but looking unlikely. Guess we shall see
