What does a jab at Trump have to do with anything I said. For the record, any voice in Trump's head is intellectually superior to anything associated with US Intelligence, especially the FBI. Less credibility than any fantasy Trump has.
lol

I think you forgot the blue font color.

I'd like to see what would happen if the government sent to every person that voted a copy of their ballot and let the American people see for certain if their vote was legitimate or not. Any that get returned automatically get thrown out.
That would require matching a LOT of names with a LOT of tombstones though 😂😂😂

Do they pay taxes? If they do, why should they not have a say in how their money is spent?
If they DON'T pay taxes they certainly shouldn't have a say in the way MY tax monies are spent. That is one thing that is seriously wrong right now. No one that doesn't pay in should be allowed to vote.

Obviously not if it leads to vast differences between precincts.
Should it be easier do vote in a rich precinct than a poor precinct?
No.

I believe it to be perfectly reasonable and rational to expect similar voting experiences in local precincts.

Did Joe Biden Win the 2020 Presidential Election?
About a year late Monty. Seems like I haven’t seen you around as much. I’m not sure if that’s good for me, good for you, or if we’re both better.

Biden is POTUS so I voted yes. He won under the rules established. Do I think some of the voting laws were changed unconstitutionally? I do in states where legislation wasn’t used to change voting laws but Biden won under the rules in place at the time of the election, regardless of whether those rules should’ve been allowed or not.

Heh.

Here are some examples of the repudiation of Trump's false claims by state and federal officials.

FEDERAL AGENCIES

The top U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies have concluded that there was no widespread voter fraud in the Nov. 3, 2020, presidential election. Former U.S. Attorney General William Barr, the nation's top law enforcement official under Trump, said on Dec. 1, 2020, that he had not seen any evidence of fraud that would have changed the election results.

"If there was evidence of fraud, I had no motive to suppress it," Barr told Karl. "But my suspicion all the way along was that there was nothing there. It was all ********."

The 2020 presidential election was the most secure in American history, according to a statement issued by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, on Nov. 12, 2020.

"There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised," the statement read.

COURT CASES

State and federal judges dismissed more than 50 lawsuits brought by Trump and his allies challenging the election. Several judges, including Trump appointees, noted a lack of evidence of fraudulently cast votes.

U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann, a conservative jurist in Pennsylvania, issued a decision on Nov. 21, 2020, that dismissed the Trump campaign's effort to block the certification of Biden's victory in the key election battleground state.

"One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption," Brann wrote. "Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations."

Of one of the assertions made by Trump campaign, Brann wrote: "This claim, like Frankenstein's Monster, has been haphazardly stitched together."

A Trump appointee in Milwaukee, U.S. District Judge Brett Ludwig, similarly rebuked a Trump campaign lawsuit contesting the election results in that state.

Unlike other judges who dismissed cases on procedural grounds, Ludwig provided the Trump campaign with a day-long hearing to consider evidence that Wisconsin's election rules were violated. Ludwig found that evidence woefully lacking.

"This court has allowed the plaintiff the chance to make his case and he has lost on the merits," Ludwig wrote.

STATE AUDITS

In Georgia, an election battleground state won narrowly by Biden, a post-election audit was conducted by Brad Raffensperger, a Republican who was the state's top election official.

"The audit confirmed that the original machine count accurately portrayed the winner of the election," Raffensperger's office said on Nov. 19, 2020.

In Arizona, a review of results by Trump allies in its most populous county reaffirmed Biden's victory in the crucial state.

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican who paved the way for the "full forensic audit" of 2.1 million ballots in Maricopa County, said in September that the review's overall vote tally matched the initial results in November.

THE RIOT

Federal judges have similarly criticized Trump and Republican lawmakers for seeking to downplay the deadly attack on the U.S. Capitol.

"I'm especially troubled by the accounts of some members of Congress that Jan. 6 was just a day of tourists walking through the Capitol," U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth said during a June court hearing. "I don't know what planet these people are on."

"The rioters were not mere protesters," Beryl Howell, the chief judge of the federal district court in Washington, said in October, adding that on the day of the riot there was "shocking criminal conduct that represented a grave threat to our democratic norms."

According to the Justice Department, about 140 police officers were injured while defending the Capitol. Federal prosecutors have charged more than 725 people with various crimes arising from the Capitol riot. Of those arrested, 225 people were charged with assault or resisting arrest. More than 75 of those were charged with using a deadly or dangerous weapon against police officers.
It still cracks me up that we went from Russians stole the election for Trump in 2016 to “the most safe and secure election in history” in 2020 just because Trump lost. I guess Trump did a good job cracking down on those pesky Russians huh?

So does it follow that the ease to vote in precinct A should not be vastly different than the ease to vote in precinct B?

It shouldn't and in most places it isn't since almost every state has early voting.

I would imagine that’s true. What do you propose?
I would have a national framework within which each state could operate as they see fit. Part of that framework would be a requirement that the ratio of registered voters per machine would need to be consistent within districts.

Do you think that the easier it is to vote, the more likely it is that people will vote who really shouldn't?
Do you think that the easier it is to vote, the more likely it is that there will be voter fraud?

You just cannot see the forest for the trees. Again, it’s never been hard to vote for anyone. To say otherwise is an out right lie. Funny how for the first time we had massive main in ballots that coincided with one of the the most controversial elections in modern history.

Hoax? No hoax. Speaking of which, should I search all your Russia hoax post and prove you to be a believer of the most outlandish hoax ever?

The fact that you fell for the hoax that the Russia Investigation was a hoax speaks volumes. I know Trump said "Russia Hoax" a million times but here's a tip for you: whatever Trump says, the opposite is true.

It is my hope in democracy that 81M didn't vote for this. It would be better for the country and an easy fall on the sword if fraud was determined. What you stated is why people believe what they are told because of the title that said it.
Even if there was fraud that added, let’s say, 11M votes well you still had 70M vote for this. No matter what a crap ton of people voted FOR Biden, even if they say it was more of a vote against Trump.

It was a hoax. No credible evidence ever surfaced that says otherwise. You are wrong as usual.

Yes why is that even a question. Rich people are far more important and their votes should count more.
We know that's the way it's always been, we're just dreaming about what it could be.

I appreciate the nod to the States independent right to run their elections. “National Framework” would give me pause.

I see nothing wrong with establishing ratio targets though.

Why Do Nonwhite Georgia Voters Have To Wait In Line For Hours? Too Few Polling Places
Kathy spotted the long line of voters as she pulled into the Christian City Welcome Center about 3:30 p.m., ready to cast her ballot in the June 9 primary election.

Hundreds of people were waiting in the heat and rain outside the lush, tree-lined complex in Union City, an Atlanta suburb with 22,400 residents, nearly 88% of them Black. She briefly considered not casting a ballot at all, but decided to stay.

By the time she got inside more than five hours later, the polls had officially closed and the electronic scanners were shut down. Poll workers told her she'd have to cast a provisional ballot, but they promised that her vote would be counted.
