He's got both hands on it. Both hands extend you're not even remotely backing up your phantom argument with this pic or anything from this angle. All it proves is he undoubtedly fumbles.
I get it. Its like you said. The picture from two yards out shows he clearly fumbled because he has both hands on the ball? I don't think so. What is shows is him taking the ball in his left hand because the sideline is closing in on his right for a reach for the goal line. He might should have used two hands in hind sight but this is not what he did. He took the ball in his left hand and reached for the goal line. The movement from right hand to left was a football play.

Notice the right hand is held back and the point of the ball that was in his right hand has been moved ahead by his left hand extending. The ball and his hand have pivoted on his left elbow extending. This is control of the ball. The ball does not otherwise rotate. Obviously by holding his right hand back he did not intend to do anything but extend with his left toward the plane and was not intending to dive with two hands on the ball.
There is a picture from UTSports taken from his left side that clearly depicts his grip on the ball that was posted in this thread earlier.
Thanks for the pic. Clearly shows he doesn't have the ball & even from the endzone shows he's not close.

you are wrong. a moment after this picture ( the ball is over the goal line at this point ) you will see Pig open his 4 fingers and thumb. The ball falls almost straight down from his hand. This shows he had a grip on the ball ...nothing else other than him opening his hand changed the balls trajectory. The ball falling from a clinched hand ...did what you would expect a ball to do when dropped
