Different camera angle on Pig Fumble. MUST SEE!

You mean here where he is switching possession to his left hand?

He's got both hands on it. Both hands extend you're not even remotely backing up your phantom argument with this pic or anything from this angle. All it proves is he undoubtedly fumbles.

I get it. Its like you said. The picture from two yards out shows he clearly fumbled because he has both hands on the ball? I don't think so. What is shows is him taking the ball in his left hand because the sideline is closing in on his right for a reach for the goal line. He might should have used two hands in hind sight but this is not what he did. He took the ball in his left hand and reached for the goal line. The movement from right hand to left was a football play.

Edit: there is nothing phantom about it.

2nd Edit: He eventually lets his right arm fall away as he extends, though he does being the extension with a motion from his right hand.

When he initially dove he had two hands on the ball. That is a fact. He lost the ball & his left hand was the last to touch the ball.

* edit.

There is plenty phantom about it when the whole world saw what happened but a handful can't. If you choose to ignore what the video evidence shows go for it. There's a pretty definitive way to prove you're wrong though.

Don't prove nothing..... His right side is the side he is running out of room on so he is going to switch it to his left hand and extend it..........

Notice the right hand is held back and the point of the ball that was in his right hand has been moved ahead by his left hand extending. The ball and his hand have pivoted on his left elbow extending. This is control of the ball. The ball does not otherwise rotate. Obviously by holding his right hand back he did not intend to do anything but extend with his left toward the plane and was not intending to dive with two hands on the ball.

There is a picture from UTSports taken from his left side that clearly depicts his grip on the ball that was posted in this thread earlier.

Show us a pic of your 3 finger minus the thumb grip. I'm sure you can lay a ball down & touch it.

Don't have a working camera or I would gladly show you... Not that hard....... Most men can do it....... And some kids.......

Thanks for the pic. Clearly shows he doesn't have the ball & even from the endzone shows he's not close.

He is holding the ball by its trailing point. This is not a difficult thing to do.

Edit: It also show that he has extended the ball out of right hand with his left hand. But you are going to see what you are going to see. Truth is that he had control of the ball at the time of the photo is highly plausible.

Can you seriously not see the fingers on his left hand on the ball? IMO that makes it inconclusive at best....

A simple description would be fine. Which three fingers? How is the ball positioned?

you are wrong. a moment after this picture ( the ball is over the goal line at this point ) you will see Pig open his 4 fingers and thumb. The ball falls almost straight down from his hand. This shows he had a grip on the ball ...nothing else other than him opening his hand changed the balls trajectory. The ball falling from a clinched hand ...did what you would expect a ball to do when dropped

Yea if you choose to disregard the fact he was losing the ball as soon as he dove.

Unless you have a version of this pic in 3D, you cannot tell if the ball is over the goal line.
