Finally got through. Rep told me they had over 200 people in the queue waiting to talk to them. I stayed on the phone just because I had been waiting so long. Rep said the game should be showing. They know they've screwed up.

Ok. The tvs that are playing here and the direct TV logos all must be a figment of my imagination. That Dr pepper must have started adding something to their recipe because this is some good $hit!

Waited 40 minutes to get through. Dude gave me no answer besides they know it's an issue and they are working on it. Won't give any discounts for one missed program. Hung up.

I just wish there was an online stream link that didn't act like it was putting trojan viruses all over my computer... Damnit DirecTV this is your fault

1. Find a friend with Comcast.
2. Have an Apple TV
3. Stream to Apple TV with watch espn app

^this is the solution I am using for direct tv

This pile of crap has Dish. Dish has all the SEC Alternates on. I switched from DTV bc of crap like what ur going through and paid $360 to switch.

That post was in response to someone saying it was a minor problem. To me, watching Vols is something I wait for all week. I would drop them on the spot. I know u are angry but sticks and stones dude...sticks and stones. Smh

we should all cancel our service w/ them! Just to send a message. Not that they will care, but I would rather spend my money somewhere else where I know I can watch my Vols!

Employee kept calling it a blackout. Then, the supervisor came on and acknowledged the problem and said some DTV customers are getting the game, but "some areas of Florida" aren't. He acknowledged the importance of the game and said to call them if the channel is not up before the game is over, so I can be compensated.

It is NOT blacked put per espn. That's a lie. I have talked to 2 people, one of ATT and one DISH and both are getting it. This IS a directv issue make no mistake

Does Charter get SEC network? I could save about 70/month by bundling. I've always been happy with direct but the marriage is over.
