Waited 40 minutes to get through. Dude gave me no answer besides they know it's an issue and they are working on it. Won't give any discounts for one missed program. Hung up.

If you ask for the cancellation department, you will certainly get a discount of some sort.
 
Can we please stop being kids and saying our cable/satellite provider is better? Pretty sure you would be ticked off if you couldn't watch the game too.
 
I'd recommend you call and demand at least a refund. Threaten to cancel.

Definitely.
Even if they get it working, give it a couple days for the volume of calls to slow down, and then call and demand compensation to avoid losing a customer.

I was told it was supposed be available, and they are working on the issue. At the in laws now who have dish.
 
just got off the phone w/ the tech support lady and she said its a "known issue" and they are working on it and it should be up in 15 minutes. I said that doesn't help as I have already missed the first quarter plus. I said its bull crap that Dish and Comcast can watch but DirecTv, supposed to be the best can't have the game up. I am very disappointed in you!
 
I am on the phone now, and I ask for discount since the game is not and they said 'NO'!

Any tech support person telling you it's PPV, blacked out, or it will be shown on replay is just telling you something to get off the phone. All of that is not true and we know it's not because all week Direct TV stated both games would be available.

All that is typical customer service bullcrap that every company does. It's basically their way of saying they have no idea what's going on and they know it's wrong but that they have no answer.

And as I type this, it came on.
