I just buy Fritos, can of chili, get some shredded cheese and whatever other toppings when I'm in the mood. First time I made one, my husband asked what the hell is that? Lol he refused to try it. Too bad, he's missing out.

We make it occasionally, love it still. One thing I loved about sonic was there fresh made onion rings. My best friend worked there, and the manager was our buddy also. I always ate good

Shoot.....I'd go to Sonic JUST for a large order of Onion rings w/a coke and nothing else. (maybe ketchup)

I'll never buy drinks or candy at the movie theatre either. I'll buy a popcorn, but bring a large purse and make a stop by a gas station for drinks and candy

My first real job was working @ Piggly Wiggly after classes in high school.....part-time work on week days but all day on Saturdays. I swore then @ 16 whenever I grew up I'd get a job NOT working on Saturdays.

I worked at White Stores...had to wear that bow tie and we were the last chain around to carry the groceries out to the car I think and we sold the no label generics lol

If I'm eating chili by itself then I go homemade. Maybe I'm weird, but if I'm craving a petro, it has to be the cheap chili lol. It's a nostalgic thing I guess.

I remember when I was about 10-11 years old a friend & I tried sneaking a coke inside the movies....didn't work.
They made us stand there & drink those hot things before they let us in......those bastards.

They've got some good ones at the git-n-go stations in Clinton. Used to get their egg salad sandwiches all the time. They have an actual made to order deli, but they've got good pre-made sandwiches, wraps and burgers too.

Don't blame them. I dont let my kids either. I'm not paying $8 for a small drink and $6 per box of candy when I just paid like $40 for all of our tickets. Outrageous.
