Disney: The Most Evil Business In The World

Give poor people a place to live and not be excluded from areas around mega wealthy businesses like Disney.

So if you're talking about true affordable housing, that's a great idea and would really help Disney and their employees. If you're talking about section 8, then I assume you'd just be wanting to hurt Disney by having it adjacent to them.

So you are proposing true income capped affordable housing that would greatly help Disney attract and retain employees?

Or are you proposing Section 8 gov assisted housing which could cause hard working people to lose their job in the face of a possible recession, lower tax rolls and put a greater burden on schools, infrastructure and the greater Florida economy?

You don't want truly POOR people, like those on Section 8, living around the Disney entertainment complex?

So since you didn't answer my question I'll assume it's Section 8. Why specifically would you want to place it by Disney, I'd love to hear your business case.

It's been proven that section 8 housing harms property values in areas that have high property values, but actually help property values and struggling businesses when placed in low income areas. I'm sure it has nothing to do with Ron D. but as solid business case that makes sense for all of Florida. Let's hear it

Yes, Section 8 housing for poor people built near Disney. I gather you would support that?

re-read my post very slowly and see if you can guess...... I gather you need to read it again. If you still don't get it I'll give you the answer.

Also, why do you support it, what's your business case? It won't help Tucker's ratings.

Many have been conditioned to view the "left" as the enemy, and they believe you should harm the enemy whenever and however possible. (Trumpism........ it's all about MAGA)

It's not about business. It's about affordable housing for poor people who should not be excluded from certain areas because they are poor. That is the mantra of both the Obama and Biden administrations. I assume then that you do not support it.

I do not, as it would be a greater benefit to low income areas. Why would a conservative like me care what Obama and Biden thought? Marxists like Desantis are all anti-business (unless they agree with him). Here's some info for you to chew on while you work on that business case:

Disney gives $500,000 grant to help homeless families – Orlando Sentinel

Disney World donates $20,000 in wishing well coins to homeless charity (usatoday.com)

Disney Supports Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida with a Youth Center Transformation (laughingplace.com)

Dadgum Franklin, looks like you're halfway on to something.... Disney chooses developer for 1,300 low-income housing units near theme parks | WFLA I hope they got the building permits done before Ron's new crack team took over.

Disney's economic impact on Florida is MASSIVE. DeSantis, a dime-store bully, has picked the wrong company to fight with. Disney should leave
Florida; that would be the ultimate FU.

I cannot even begin to estimate the damage done to DeSantis if Disney left Florida.

Disney, which has been around for like 60 years and generates billions to this area annually, would easily crush him if it got to that point.
And cost themselves billions to own a single guy? That would be immeasurably stupid on Disney's part.
