My neighborhood has several different loops ranging from 4-6miles. For me it’s more about the time than distance.Yo! Just finished a 3.2 mile run during my lunch break. Trying to focus on diet/hydration this week just to see what all this hype is about lol.
So when you go run do you have a plan/program? Or just running based off feel

It only gets worse.Thanks, sort of at a crossroads age wise. I can’t lollygag 5 out of 6 runs a week and then expect to set PRs on race day. Big emphasis the last month in pushing the tempo as often as I can. So far I’ve done more sub 9 minute pace runs this month than I’ve done the past 2 months combined.
Getting older is a blessing, but it sorta stinks.
