Lol.Was it ever discussed why you keep winding up 15-20 feet higher than you started? Do you finish with a roof climb and then beat your chest and roar at the world? Inquiring minds and all that.
Between the lean, mass and doubles calendars, I don't find it repetitive so boredom isn't that big a problem. At my age, motivation comes from knowing that if I quit, I lose it and likely won't get it back. Know it won't last too much longer, but if I'm still able, it's going to remain a daily event. P90x 3 is only 30 min. Who doesn't have 30 min in a day?That’s a good program. If it works for you then keep at it.
