Just curious, how long did it take you to get to where you're at running? I'm assuming it has to be years now.Did a long run before church on my favorite loop.
Tried to do a progressive pace run. Mission accomplished, but I should have set a basement in terms of pace. My legs are more sore than I’d like for a training run of this distance. 8:35 is my super ambitious marathon pace.

I’m running part of the race course for the September Long Island 10k in the morning. Or maybe Sunday morning. I’ll get a fill for the “huge hill” everyone is complaining about. With what I normally train on I’m hoping it won’t be a big issueGreat job!!! 10k is a tough distance to run and feel like you ran to the best of your abilities.
