This is a trick question...I’m taking D Samp!!Just a comment... yrds. per carry is kind of a misleading number. Say 23 rushes for 3-7 yrds. each, then 2 carries for 47 yrds each makes avg. much higher. So a RB who carries 23 rushes for 9 yrd. per carry, but has a lower total yrds , would be more productive each time. Who would you want?
I’ll have whatever you are smoking because Barry Sanders played against three top 15 teams and two of them were top 7 whenever they played. They didn’t count his bowl game stats but he was 150 yards away from 3k yards. And had 42 rushing touchdowns. He would have dominated any era, any conference. He dominated the NFL. If Derrick Henry could rush for 2200 yards playing in the SEC, then Barry damn sure would have. And the SEC wasn’t even the monster that it is now compared to 1988. LSU finished 8-4 and was co-champs with Auburn lol. There were only a few good teams and they weren’t collectively better than Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State.Oh he would have for sure. I just can't see 2288y in the SEC even for Barry in 12 games...though if anyone could do it...
JFC. My post said exactly, precisely, unambiguously that Sanders would have been dominant, even in the SEC. It's nothing short of incredible that you still (it's been the issue throughout with you) that you can't even keep your own argument contextually straight. For that matter even the facts used in the argument. Derrick Henry did not run for 2200 yards in 12 games. Something clearly made a criteria in the very post you quoted. He actually had 1797 in 12 games. If you can't be bothered to even keep up with what's posted we're back to you obviously not even really trying.I’ll have whatever you are smoking because Barry Sanders played against three top 15 teams and two of them were top 7 whenever they played. If the 4 teams they add have the average number of NFL players the rest of the conference has, they'll have just over 100. In fact, let them double the size of the conference and they're still less than one third of the number in either of the SEC or Big 10 and still less than half of the ACC.
Your idea of "relevant" is mysterious, to say the least. And, as for "sec superiority complex": saying it over and over doesn't make it actually mean something. These words you keep saying: I do not think they mean what you think they mean.
How many times are you going to say “superiority complex”? You must be a very insecure individual. Sounds like you have an inferiority complex if you ask me. Either that or someone dropped you on the head one too many times as a child. Head trauma is the only logical reason for you sticking up for a Mountain West player and keep repeating yourself over and over and over and over and over and over. Oh man now I sound like a broken record. Is this what it feels like? When you keep crying about someone’s schedule over and over it doesn’t change what they did against who they played to include the #1 team in the country. The dude is gonna win therefore nothing you say is relevant. When you keep crying “sec” this and ”sec” that then that’s exactly what it is, sec superiority complex. You can’t accept there’s other players and other teams that are just as good if not better.

You are clearly butthurt that the majority of people disagree with you on this topic. The FACTS are that Jeanty racked up all those stats, outside of one game, against Mountains West teams. If you can’t be bothered to realize the SEC and Big Ten are Mount Everest and the Mountain West is somewhere in the Dead Sea then there is literally nothing we can do for you and the discussion is going nowhere because you aren’t changing your mind and we aren’t changing our mind. You are more than welcome to keep smashing your head against a rock though.JFC. My post said exactly, precisely, unambiguously that Sanders would have been dominant, even in the SEC. All I deal with are the facts, which you clearly have no time for. Like I said, have fun smashing that rock lolLol. Self awareness is something you severely lack. All you have done is cry about someone’s irrelevant strength of schedule bs. If you argued that Sampson should’ve been invited everyone would agree but there’s another guy who has played better and will win. It’s just facts, something you can’t seem to deal with. I bet you’re the type of person that wears their old letter jacket to high school games.

We all know he is going to win. We just don’t think the hype is deserved because of the teams he plays against. You just keep being that little engine that could though. Enjoy being a Boise State fan while they miss the playoffs because they couldn’t beat UNLV againYou don’t have a clue what a fact is but I’ll give you one. Jeanty will win the Doak Walker award by a large margin. He will finish second in the Heisman. Nothing you have been crying about will matter. Yea Sampson got snubbed with an invite but he wasn’t winning anyway, I guess it would’ve been a nice getaway though.
Boise State is pretty good…for the Group of 5. They are like the North Dakota State of the G5. You’re great at that level but if you played with the big boys every week then you would get molly whopped.Lol. I don’t give a crap about the mountain west but I realize there are teams and players outside of the sec that are pretty good.
Ah yes...and now we basically redact the last post altogether and go back to your echo chamber. Everything you cite here has been thoroughly discussed in the context of reality (with actual examples given) and been met with deflection, strawmen or outright avoidance. You're pushing a looped narrative while all I (and actually LOTS of other people, including awards voters, NFL scouts etc) have to posit is what has actually, empirically and observably occurred and intentionally tried to keep speculation to a minimum. If whatever passes for your thought process drenched in equal parts bias and speculation is sufficient for you so be it...there's no stopping someone from taking your "The evidence for my belief is that I happen to believe it." approach. We're done here. You are clearly butthurt that the majority of people disagree with you on this topic. It's really this ^. Taken on the whole it's a fact that more often than not the better players will be pulled to larger teams. Individual players, for a myriad of reasons, can and have been scattered around smaller schools forever though. It's like some people are allergic to the concept of outliers. They happen. LaDainian Tomlinson payed in the WAC for instance. Is Jeanty going to be like that? Hell if I know or could possibly know. Anyone saying that's impossible though is basically lying. Jeanty has been nothing short of extraordinary with the opportunity afforded to him. What else is he supposed to do? (or to be fair anyone that finds themselves in that position, like, IDK, Jerry Rice)Lol. I don’t give a crap about the mountain west but I realize there are teams and players outside of the sec that are pretty good.
