LOL. You claim to know the definition of defamation yet when a link to the definition you refuse to look at the link? Are the definitions of all words according to whatever you deem them to be? Making a statement like this is most certainly defamatory. The firms chosen to perform this audit are led by people who spread the big lie? The fact that dominion, you, or anyone else says that there was no election fraud has not been proven. I don' give a damn how many times you, dominion, or anyone else states it.

How was I supposed to know what your link was?

For the sake of this discussion, here's the elements of defamation according to Black's Law:

To prove prima facie defamation, a plaintiff must show four things: 1) a false statement purporting to be fact; 2) publication or communication of that statement to a third person; 3) fault amounting to at least negligence; and 4) damages, or some harm caused to the person or entity who is the subject of the statement.

Are you good with that?

Dominion made a blatantly false statement toward cyber ninjas. By stating that they're led by individuals that spread the big lie. There's no big lie as it pertains to ejection fraud in the 2020 election. Again, I don't give a damn if you, dominion, or anyone else is good with that.

They provided examples of the owner's public statements that contained inaccurate info. Did he not make those statements? If he made them, where's the defamation? Calling something a lie is not defamatory on its face.

It's the same old tired argument. The 2020 election will never be seen as free or fair. The fact that there's so much pushback against folks wanting to audit their own states elections only cements that.

That literally means nothing to me. I'd add that your actually ignorant of the actual details of judges decisions of election cases. Accept this as fact. There are parts of the populous that are not with you on the election or the direction the country should be governed by. It's a larger part than you'd care to admit. We'll never be united as a country. I've come to terms with that and your should as well. You go ahead and keep lying. (IMO) I'll keep lying (your opinion) abs enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

The people that don’t see it as free and fair are the ones who joined a cult of personality around the worst loser in history.

Nobody pushed back against any of the audits that were done according to state law... unless you’re counting the cult of personality folks mentioned above. They were pretty mad when the results weren’t what they wanted.

I voted Republican down the entire ticket and wrote in for President. My views are not based on politics.

Nope. I don't have any problem with you thinking whatever you want about the election. It's a free country. But "defamation" is not a nebulous or transitory term that is defined by whether or not you agree with a statement.

Truth in this case is in the eye of the beholder. There's not a shred of truth in anything to do with the 2020 election. To say otherwise, is a lie.

Which cases? I've read serveral, but I won't pretend to have read all 60+. But if you have a few in mind, I will definitely check them out.
