The UT pres. has nothing to do with the UTAD right now, so never. The chancellor will let the AD handle it and the only advance notice you will get from the AD is the scheduling of a presser. If you only trust the horse's mouth, you'll have to wait until Hart walks up to a podium and says Dooley is gone.

Let the rumored names of who will be our next coach continue. Based on recent hires, I would bet the names thrown around on this board will not be who actually gets the job

If for no other reason, please please please, Athletic Director Dave Hart...dismiss Coach Derek Dooley this afternoon. For the sake of the 51,000 members of the VolNation, we simply must bring closure to this issue. Even if every big name coach in America has already turned you down (and we know that has not happened), Coach Dooley still must go. Yes, losing that five million dollars stinks. But at this point, the program is simply throwing good money after bad.


We beg of you AD Dave Hart, schedule that press conference for this afternoon. Let's handle this situation with some class.

Pearl was the worst thing that could have happened for Hamilton. It gave Hamilton the false impression that he had the "golden touch", and then came a long line of losers, Raleigh, Kiffin, and Dooley (jury still out on Martin). Dooley can not coach so Graham needs to coach against Kentucky and Bray can not deliver against quality rivals so Worley needs to qb against Kentucky and be our qb next season.

the fanbase was pretty divided over Dooley. if they hire on the cheap again, there will be chaos. Hart has to make a sexy hire.
