You know what I hope you all get what you wish for in Dooley I will guarantee you it will be even more miserable than the first 3. And I can't wait til they call me to renew my 6 tickets if indeed dooley does return I won't spend another dime until hart and Dooley are both gone if that happens

The head coach does not have the confidence of the fans, the consumers of the product he's put on the field.

This is strictly business. We can't afford to keep a proven failure on the job.

I think some people are used to Hammy running around shooting his mouth off in public about the job security of coaches.

We're going to have to get used to the fact the folks in charge now don't operate in that fashion.

When they are ready to announce Dooley's future in public, then they'll do so.

Let it play out. The folks in charge saw what Tennessee football could be during the Florida game. They also saw what it will become during the Bammer game if a change in direction is not made.

I question some of you guys being true UT fans. A True fan will always support their team no matter the case. I do not give a **** who is Coaching now or in Future, and winning record. You cut me and I will Bleed ORANGE!!! If DD is coach now and next year I will be there!!!

i bleed orange but i'm not watching another year of tennessee football if that loser is still here. i can find something else to do than get mad and drunk and yell at the tv. the guy is never going to win anything, if you can't see it then i just don't understand. it is a sure thing. if the AD dept doesn't want to field a winning team or even try to, why waste your time.

Until a public statement is made, I think it best that we all support our team and our coaches. If Coach Dooley is to be retained, then it should be made public knowledge to remove his name from the so-called hot seat. If nothing else, it will help recruiting, as long as the fans can quit *****ing. If he is to be removed, then it should be done in a forthright and orderly manner - with a prominent replacement in hand.
I for one, stand in support of Coach Dooley. I think this entire fan base underestimated the complete mess he walked into. We have seen progression and we have seen some regression. It's called growing pains. As long as the players are standing up and supporting their coach - I as a fan - will stand up and support them all.

Good they will be many thousands that will spend money on UT. We will average 90,000 without you. Hope your spite works out I will be at the game.

Yeah....those numbers have flipped on you, pal. I'd admire your resolve, but some of us have seen enough and know enough about football to see that our coach is absolute ball of screw up and he's toppling down the mountain at a break-neck pace. The farther we let this go, the larger our failure becomes.

If Dools goes 7-5, wins a bowl game and ends 8-5 - he gets another year - p.e.r.i.o.d.

Substitute another college/coach with a two year run of 5-7 and then 7-5 with a bowl win and you stick with him. No brainer.

i'll hop back on when we have a coach worthy of me driving 500 miles to come down and see. it sure as hell isn't doolittle.
