Good they will be many thousands that will spend money on UT. We will average 90,000 without you. Hope your spite works out I will be at the game.

YOU ARE THE PROBLEM! You just proved our point. "We will average 90,000 without you." That stadium should be sold out each and every home game...we should be seeing, at the very least, twice as many wins as losses every single season. We should NEVER be last in the SEC in ANY meaningful category.

Yet, here we are...and fans like you are to blame. You're "just fine" with being the laughable loser. I expect more...if you don't, the maybe YOU should gtfo off our wagon cause you're killing our program.

Today was supposed to be the day.

Big huge announcement about CDD resigning and CJG being the next coach.

Well, we see how that went.

CDD is our HC. Simply not going to change this year or next.

Lets support our Vols and get behind the program.. enough with wanting Dooley's head and what not.

GO VOLS... BEAT TROY!!!!

Dooley is done, might not announce until end of year.

Why would you assume that the entire coaching change scenario was riding on whether or not there was an announcement today? That announcement could come tomorrow, or at the end of the season. It doesn't mean ANYTHING that there wasn't a presser today

And with dooley we will be lucky to avg 90000. We have georgia and usc instead of bama and florida. Plus the rest of the home schedule isnt great. Put that with probable losses at oregon and florida early and it wont look pretty next year with dooley.

SMFH. We all expect more. It's just that some reasonable people understand the situation. Unreasonable people "feel" that some "savior" will come and lead our team to the promised land. It is simply not as easy as you think it is. You groodenites are making fools out of yourselves.

Bingo. With Dooley at the helm, no more than 2 or 3 games a year will be given wins.

Dooley thinks that a record of 7-5 is a "Really good season". This guy is in way over his head. 7-5 might be a good season at LaTech, but that record here at UT will get you fired.

Personally, I don't care if we get Gruden. I just want a competent coach on the sideline, that does not look like a deer in the headlights in critical situations.

Look buddy, I find the whole Gruden a nice break from the embarrassment we ALL see on Saturdays. Do I hope beyond hope? Yes. Do I understand the unlikeliness of it? Of course.

How is resigning itself to cellar dweller of the conference UT helped to build reasonable? Its not gonna take a savior. It will take a guy with above .500 record that knows a little bit about winning college football games at a level a little higher than a freaking TE coach. We have an administrator...we need a coach to compete in the SEC. Dooley is NOT THE ANSWER.
