MM has owned us all
Personally, I can't stand some of the things you write. I could care less about reading anything you report. I'll give you credit though, you're one of the more reliable sources out there at this stuff, I think you've earned your right to gloat all you want on here.
Jeesh, man...I'M NOT GLOATING. I have no intentions of gloating. I've been doing this for over a decade...I said it before, sources get lied to on purpose. It's how it works. I just happened to have the right insight on this story and was just passing it on.
Gloating is for people who guess and get it right. I just don't want to have to hear how "bad" I acted while defending myself...haha
mm
Look, I'm not here to gloat.....I came here to give you information...I was attacked, so I played back.
Now...I'm not going to apologize for defending myself and i'm sorry if MY LINE is different from YOUR LINE. When I'm being flamed, don't complain about my response.
So, water under the bridge. I'm not interested in hearing "how you acted" when I would have never acted ANY way at all had people not started attacking me.

“I am disappointed to announce that neither Duke Crews nor Ramar Smith will be a part of the 2008-09 University of Tennessee basketball program,” Pearl said. “Both were provided every opportunity to succeed here but have not met our expectations. With both Ramar and Duke, we came to the conclusion that it was in their best interest to transfer to another institution in order to continue their academic and basketball careers.”
In your defense I think your behavior is appropriate, you weren't the only one that was acting out of line on the Ramar Smith thread. I give you props for getting it right
I saw this kid play in an MLK weekend tournament by me. He is a REAL player... but with that comes major issues. He will be spending a lot of time in jail after being arrested on drug trafficing charges.

I agree with you. I just liked Duke's toughness and ability to get in the right place at the right time. It's a shame.Duke was one of my favorite players on this team. I hated that he had to fight through so much this past year..and I hoped that he could find a solid place in the rotation in the coming years...I just always liked the way he played.
There was a really good article on him in our local paper when we were hosting this national tournament by me. I'll try to find it online, it describes what he went through, and what he is going to have to deal with in the future.
