East Tennessee Weather II

Just built an insulating "greenhouse" over my pool equipment after a very close call last winter.

Sounds like this will be the most in West Knoxville since the big surprise dumping we got about 10 years ago.

Anyone else like a kid at Christmas? I love snow anyway but the fact this is potentially a massive storm is amazing. I’ve been really wanting one of these for my kids before they get grown.

You really think we will see 7+ inches in West Knoxville (as in Hardin Valley area)? Seems so hard to believe as it’s been decades.
I'm not certain it'll be that high, but I do think 4-6" appears likely with the potential for 7-8". It's just going to be such high snow ratios because of the very cold air.

Snow is starting to fall around the Knoxville area! It's going to be a long duration light to moderate snow with the heavier stuff likely falling mid-day Monday through the afternoon.

Latest 0z HRRR snow depth shifts the axis just slightly further north.

An hour or so into the snowfall here in JeffCo and everything except the road is covered. Bundled up and went out back by the solo…so peaceful and pretty.
