I don't think CJH will leave Tennessee but i think Oklahoma and Texas could afford to buy out his contract if it were 8 million dollars.

LSU paid Ogre 17 million and turned around and gave Kelly 100 million 10 year contract with a 90 million guaranteed. 8 million is not a large sum now days.
