Your right, I'm just ignoring the Georgia game because I don't think we have a shot at beating them at present. :)

For whatever reason, we always play UGA tough. Judging by week 1, they looked the best in the SEC in a win over a quality Clemson team. They were really good last year until all the injuries started stacking up. That game is going to be very tough to win, but recent history says we will be in the game till the end.

Oh, and I heard Muschump got all bent out of shape because the media questioned him about three of his players that were suspended for bad behavior were put back on the active roster after the rainout. Apparently that qualified as being suspended for a game. What a douche. I hope we slaughter them.

reinstated them ? i know he isn't the first to to give em a slap on the wrist against nobody's,but the coaches and schools should hold there self's accountable for bad behavior and uphold there weak ass punishments and yes,i don't know any of the details

I agree but Georgia looks real strong this year. If we hang with em or pull off what we shoulda last year, ill be a happy guy.

I disagree. I think its a MUCH bigger deal to beat Florida... even if they go 0-11.

We shoulda beat UF in 2011 and last year. Wasted opportunities. I really hope we finally beat them. Interested in seeing how they look this weekend.

If it was your multi million dollar job on the line.. you would bend or interpret them to your benefit also.

I have a good friend who is a UF alum/booster. If muschump does not have a stellar year, he will be gone.

A loss to Tennessee would pretty much be the first nail in his coffin.

I really hope we win that game and then UF wins the rest on their schedule so they are forced to keep him another year. Really do not want a good coach getting that job and costing us recruits and SEC championships like has been the history between us.

In the offseason I would have agreed. But after watching the Clemson game I just don't see it. Not between the hedges anyway. They would have to have a terrible game and we would have to have a great one. I don't think it's in the cards this year. We have a better shot at UF. It wouldn't surprise me to see UGA in the playoff from what I've seen so far.

At what point was UT in control of the 2011 or 2013 games in Gainesville? I think you throw out the "shoulda beat them" card when it doesn't apply.

2012 is another story...UT looked to be the better team going into that game.

You could have ball boy be offensive coordinator for cutcliffe and have success. We'll see what Roper has learned.

I was asked today if I would rather see us beat Oklahoma or Florida? I said Florida immediately. So sick of losing to them...I know it would be in our best interest to pull a massive upset in Norman but I just want to see FL go down. I think a FL win is a more realistic goal too. What do you guys think?

Gators...no doubt about it! :spank: Dat azzzzzzzz!
GO VOLS!

Just because of ranking. FL wouldn't be as big as a national win. To me FL is my most wanted win this year.

It would mean MUCH, MUCH more to the program for UT to beat Florida than Oklahoma. We might get a little national exposure for that big out of conference win. But the significance of it would pale in comparison to what a win over our most important in conference rival would mean IMHO.

A win against either would be great for the program.

I'd rather get the national exposure, conference win, and get the big knuckle dragging pachyderm off our back on 10-25.

"shoulda beat them" is a tradition.

I was told "shoulda beat them" and "running up the score" and we were talking about the same game.
