Worley doesn't have the skillset to succeed in the SEC. We just ignored his limitations because we had Bray. Now it's going to take time to develop a freshman.

this guy beat out all of the other qbs and he is a sophomore. unless he just practices well and plays poorly, what you are saying is illogical. he may be the best we have

I can't get over how awful Worley is.
I can't get over how improved Palardy is.
I can't get over how GREAT these freshman are.
I can't get over the OLine letting anyone anywhere near Worley.

take worley out. he's losing this game for us. i know we're winning but the defensive backs have more catches than our receivers. shameful.

im not saying he does. all i am saying is putting a guy in who got beat out by someone who "doesnt have the skillset to succeed" is illogical. he has just thrown poorly and played in a physical panic thus far. i havent been upset at many of his "decisions" though. if he calms down he can still have a decent game. yeah he is a junior sorry.

I see your point. Yes, it seems illogical, but the staff indicated that the competition was very close, and while Worley won out, the others were showing real progress. The freshmen probably have more raw talent, but lack gameday experience. I would hate to burn a redshirt, but I still think one of the freshmen will share QB play by season-end. I agree-- hope Worley continues to calm down and regroups the team. :hi:

Has anyone asked themselves if Worley is so bad, why is he being asked throw it down the field so much?

His average pass is 18 yards downfield so far this game! Meanwhile, he has only attempted one pass <5 yards!

Don't get me wrong, Worley is not playing good enough, but Bajakian's playcalling is only exacerbating the issue.
