I've got Jose Lopez -SEA at 2nd base and he isn't doing anything. I'm considering Aaron Hill or Casey McGehee to replace him.

Oh yea, an Aaron Hill is batting under .200. Why did you even have a thought to pick him up?

I've actually had both of those players earlier in the season. I'm a victim of auto draft :), forgot about it. I got Aaron Hill out of it and he was injured and didn't play the first part of the season. When he returned he didn't do much which has killed his avg. but he is heating up a bit over the last month. As far as McGehee, I had him also and he was hot to start the season but has cooled some.

I plan to get McGehee for sure and Hill is a gamble but could heat up to finish the season.

I'm not too worried being in a 10 team H2H league always leaves decent players available in FA.

Jose Lopez was hot, I picked him up and put the curse on him and made him ice cold again.

Casey being available is unreal...easy pick-up.

I'm the idiot that released him to begin with for Jose Lopez. Dumbest move I've made so far this year. I'm glad he went unnoticed on FA and cleared waivers so I could pick him back up.

Lopez had a hot couple of weeks and went cold as soon as I picked him up.

I have Furcal at short and he just went on a 3-7 day leave so I have to find a SS for next week.

Hopefully it is 3 days and he's back by Monday.

It is amazing what some guy will do so don't feel bad, I picked up Tori Hunter and Shin-Soo Choo off of waivers.

Not sure what those guys were thinking, not too many guys can hit around .300, 25 HR, 80-100 RBI and 20 SB.

Troy Tulowitzki has a broken wrist and will be out 6-8 weeks...sucks, had to pick up Scutaro, who is serviceable but doesn't hit like Tulo does.

Anyone know anything about Huston Street? He is back from his season long injury but still a little rusty as expected.

Also, Carlos Beltran might return July 1st against Washington according to CBS. He's probably available in most leagues after missing the whole season until now. I just stashed him on my bench. If he sucks I'll drop him but thought it was worth the risk to stash him before he got claimed.

Carlos Santana continues to tear it up for the Indians as well.

Street would be a good pick-up if you need saves.

I heard it could be a few more weeks on Beltran but people are already starting to pick him up in leagues.

Not sold on Beltran.

I picked up Santana, he is going to put up some good numbers, especially form the catcher position.

Without looking at who each team is playing and BPV stats, I would say A-Rod.

I went with Rolen at the last minute. They both have 3 games this week and both are at home. A-Rod had three against TB including David Price and Jeff Neimann. Rolen is up against Colorado and Hammel, Cook and De La Rosa.

It probably won't be much difference either way in just three games.

De La Rosa needs to go back on the DL, he has been awful since his return, had to drop him...picked up Heyward off the waiver line before the All-Star break, good trade bait.

look for people to start picking up Dominic Brown, he will be in as long as Victorino is out. Great young talent.

Who to start at 3rd in this short week, A-rod with a sore thumb or Scott Rolen?

In a position that is short of quality players I would trade Rolen. He stays hurt but his stats are good enough that you could get something to help you in an area of need.

Traded Ubaldo and Placido for Uggla and Latos, I really needed some hitting and have dominated in almost all pitching categories.

Jaime Garcia or Travis Wood?

I've got Garcia but considered dropping him for Wood. I'm thinking Wood might be a better option down the stretch because he is pitching well enough to stay in the rotation and due to far less innings than Garcia might not wear out his arm like Garcia. Thoughts?

I would say Wood for the same reasons.
