Federal Indictment of Donald Trump

He did enough **** over the last 40 years to earn a good beating. The fact he’s dementia addled and not currently in control absolves him of nothing.

Oh I agree. I was just wanting Weezer to answer the question. The problem is bigger than Biden. Podesta, Rice, Klein, and others are making the decisions.

Biden campaign video from 2020 shows Joe reversing Corvette into garage where Classified Documents were found: Boxes are seen under electric door and behind 1967 Stingray that Hunter rebuilt for him

A second batch of classified documents was discovered in President Joe Biden's 'personal library' at his home in Wilmington, Delaware and other documents in his garage, the White House counsel revealed on Thursday – the latest bombshell comes just days after reports that sensitive documents were also found in his former office in Washington, D.C.

Have they searched the bathroom? If he's leaving classified docs in all these other places, there has to be some in the bathroom.

Need a refresher. What is the procedure for a replacement VP? House vote? Can it be anybody? If so I say Trump..lol

If he got 25th and KH then she could nominate her own VP that would have to be approved by a simple majority in the House

Oh my..what if no one got the votes in a Republican House? That could go on forever after vetting and voting and may not have a VP at all for years. Razor thin, but probably a few R defects.

If he got 25th and KH became POTUS then she could nominate her own VP that would have to be approved by a simple majority in the House

According to the 25th Amendment:

Section 2.
Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.

Since McCarthy would be next in line if the two houses couldn't agree on a VP. He would apparently step in if something happened to Harris.

It is constitutionally tricky as the framers had absolutely no inkling of the vast fourth branch of government (the Bureaucracy) and the way that Congress waould gradually delegate almost all legislative actions to this unelected branch.

The executive is definitely within his designated powers to create regulations for classifying and handling documents, doubly so in his role as commander in chief. The applicability of these regulations to individuals outside of government as well as the associated penalties for violations falls under the authority of the legislature and I believe they have done so under the US code as should be the case.

They were well aware of how bureaucracy felled Rome, and that bureaucracy is inherent since everyone in govco can't be an elected official. They constantly harangued about limited government and the many ways corpulence would strike at the base of the republic. They gave us a 2A for when the ballot box fails to restrain government any longer. We don't have to consider them omnipotent gods, but they damned sure weren't unobservant rubes. either. They warned us even as the ink was drying that if we want to keep the republic, you're going to have to manage those you elect...and thus those you didn't.

I don't mean imply that anyone but the legislature sets penalty of law for violations, but that the rules created by executive order - except purposeful espionage - obviously don't apply to the executive. Both Bush/Obama's classification EOs detail who the president delegates class authority to:

Sec. 1.3. Classification Authority. (a) The authority to classify information originally may be exercised only by:
(1)the President and, in the performance of executive duties, the Vice President;
(2)agency heads and officials designated by the President in the Federal Register; and
(3)United States Government officials delegated this authority pursuant to paragraph (c) of this section.

It's fair play to now poke Joe & supporters but Biden was delegated class authority by EO. It's not the equivalent of a president, but it ain't nothing either. Which doesn't explain him having them in 2023.

I’ve always thought that he would step down before his term is up , so the left could “ break the glass ceiling “ since Trump denied Hillary of being the first female President .

Not a chance; Jill Biden is the first female president.

I think President nominates and Senate confirms. I was very Young when Nixon nominated Gerald Ford and don’t remember the exact sequence

That’s why you have to impeach Harris first, refuse to confirm her replacement, THEN impeach Biden 😉
