Fine ... but it's not possible to take such a stance with Biden, and still defend Trump's handling of classified documents with any coherent consistency.

Biden stole the documents as a VP, whataboutsim isn’t going to fly as Trump had authority. At this point the archives cannot show anything or they would have. But we can all say Biden stole them.

That is wrong. The documents removed from Mar-a-Lago were not the personal property of Donald Trump. By law, they were the property of The National Archives as soon as Trump left office in January of 2021. Even if Trump had declassified them, that did not make those items his property. Call it "what-about-ism" or simply being consistent, but if Biden was in possession of stolen property, then so was Trump.

obviously not with nothing being shown 6 months later. Biden stole documents. If you stole government documents and housed them for six years, you would be arrested for treason. The fact he has money tied up with the countries the documents are tied to prove further he’s corrupt in office. 81M voted for a thief at the time.

If Trump would just keep his mouth shut he might get some sympathy over this. He should have said “it was an unfortunate situation and he was praying for the Country “. Running his mouth when he did the same thing and was obstructive about returning them is why everyone hates him.

This was an investigative team that Trump hired, who found documents marked as classified in a storage unit in West Palm Beach. This was not his property. By law, he was required to turn them over to The National Archives when he left office. He didn't.

This would be a good time to focus on Biden's hypocrisy ... but Trump is such a clod, that all he will do is expose his own, by continuing to maintain that he did nothing wrong by not handing over requested documents to The National Archives.

^^^ This is why this Biden classified document story won't have any legs as a scandal. ^^^

Republicans/conservatives will try to have it both ways, and insist that Trump's handling of sensitive material was somehow acceptable protocol, while Biden is guilty of treason. They've been dealt a full house, but will play it like a royal flush.

You can blame it all on the media, but it gets you nowhere.
Fix the problem vs identifying irrelevant issues.
I am not defending the media, but the idiots in Congress, the WH and the Supreme Court are the problems in this mess. Not the Media. If Congress holds itself accountable as does the other two Branches then we have less issues and more productivity.
They are all sliding by and around accountability by pointing fingers at each other.

As well as Age Restrictions, but it's not going to change. I don't know very many jobs you can be totally incompetent and get paid 6 figures except Congress and Weatherperson's and reporters.

We are paying the salaries of Congress for them to act like fools and children.

Hence the lack of accountability. I’m blaming the media for their reporting of opinions and influence.Being and extension of government and not a trusted resource for the American people.
