First off, I'm not "you guys". I have no political allegiance. I've said in other posts that if a thorough search was made of the residents of the past Presidents, and yes that includes Bush, more classified material would probably be found.
Second, the charge as I understand it is the mishandling of classified materials. I get you want to argue this different levels BS, but classified is classified. We know of at least 3 politicians who have done the same, Clinton, Biden, and Pence, yet no charges. Not even a peep for the latter two. If "no one is above the law", then they should be facing charges. But, of course, some people ARE actually above the law.
It seems you're perfectly happy with the law being applied based on politics. I, otoh, want, as another poster pointed out, consistency. The law should be applied equally, and politics should not matter.
I agree 100%, but Trump's refusal to acknowledge he had any such documents despite evidence caused him the issues. Once again, it is his arrogance that drives a lot of this. I am not discounting the improper motives of the other party because that is definitely at play and a significant issue and problem.
