Federal Indictment of Donald Trump

... but the law, as amended in 2014, is not ambiguous at all. It has been posted here many times. There is no way to misinterpret what it says.

I am not going thru all this again. Judge Jackson as of 2020 said it was still "up to Congress" to close ambiguities.

It is funny how hard you guys are leaning on her non-bnding ruling. You probably aren't such a fan of hers any other time. LOL.

You seem to care for what Barr thinks now. And disturbing to see the Neo libs be on same side as Lindsey Graham. We could do this all day.

Let me throw in a LOL for effect.

She would be one of the last judges in the country that someone with Conservative/Republican values would ever want to see on the Supreme Court. She would not get a single Yay vote from Republicans during Senate confirmation, if she ever was nominated for a seat on the SCOTUS.

... but because of one decision, you guys wanna bang her. LOL.

She is just a ditz judge that made a political ruling to protect a Democrat. Not sure what your analogy has to do with liking her.

Day in and day out for maybe the next 15 months we'll hear Donnie play the victim and blame others for his problems. That's a long time to keep harping on something. I wonder how many millions of voters he will turn off by then.

Yeah poor character is everywhere in society even in this forum. There are cheats, miscreants, deviants, phonies, bozos, hypocrites, and more in this very forum so I agree probably even more so in government where many of them cheat all of us. But for some, government is their god. The bigger the better.

You really don’t out much thought into what you say do you? I mean you equate a random twitter post to a thought leader for the Republican Party. There is no way someone like you actually passed a bar exam.

It's possible. People have said people who act like elites have book smarts but lack common sense. I don't know if the bar exam is an intelligence test. I mean I think Joy Reid passed it.
