Ferguson Riots

You don't even know me and you're making dumbass assumptions. I most certainly wouldn't take my kid to an interview. Nothing about that is appropriate in any way.

What assumption did I make? My analysis was based on your comment that you won't let a 12 yo go to the park by himself.

Free range kids, FTW.

According to the officer, so I would say we have no idea if it was relayed or not.

No, according to the dispatcher relay audio that was played on national news tonight, she never mentioned the possibility that the gun could be fake or a toy.

ummmmm what???

The early witness reports had some claiming Wilson stood over Brown and shot him while he was on the ground. Many jumped on that and made that a fact until the rest of the evidence and witness interviews came out and totally debunked that.
Of course some are still attached to the original reports truthful or not.

That stupid comment you proceeded to type about job interviews.

Free range kids for target practice, sure. :)

I actually heard the incoming and relayed call on CNN, if I remember correctly.
I thought it was odd at the time that the dispatcher did not use the same phrasing but Im not up on protocol for that situation either.

Thanks for clearing that up.

So why pull up within 5 feet of such a dangerous child?

They also had reports that Officer Wilson pulled Brown into his car which is unbelievably stupid as Wilson made clear on his recent interview.

I answered that already, I can't speak for that. If the cop had stopped 50 feet away and approached on foot would it have changed the outcome?

I don't think you understood the comment. I have no idea what it would have to do with me "making assumptions" about you. I wasn't talking about you.

Gotcha.... thanks for the clarification

Forensics helped tremendously with that, however...many now claim the forensics and autopsy reports were altered and it's become a conspiracy. This story has begun to gain traction and has been featured on some the MSM sites. In addition to that, Mike Brown's mother has come out on one of the MSM networks and in response to Ofc. Wilson's interview, that he went out that day WANTING to kill someone.

Yes, but my point that you missed was that many jumped on false claims before everything was accounted for. And as I stated above in that case the truth or "justice" is not what some are after. Its vengeance.

Liberals see what they believe.

And this^^^^^ ladies and gentlemen, are why liberals are so frightening. Constitution be damned. Besides, it was written over 200 years ago, so it is old and archaic, and needs to be fundamentally changed.

Rock on huffhines. :loco:

With all due respect, WTF are you talking about?

Not a surprise really.
The Brown family attorney believes the Gov. will actually replace the PA and Grand Jury and reset the process.

Justice doesnt mean you get what you want either. Many are having a hard time with the definition.

And now we move into the deflection/change the course of the discussion phase....

But here, I'll type slow. You have made a judgement that this officer is guilty of murdering this person based on a blurry distant video. "The video is all I need". Due process, apparently, is not a requirement. Your mind is made up.

If the cops stopped fifty feet away and announced their intention to shoot the boy unless he drops the gun, there would have at least been time for him to make that decision and recognize the severity of the situation. As it was, the kid was probably shocked and surprised by how fast they pulled up to him, and got confused.

The whole thing doesn't make sense from the officer's perspective. If they were alerted that the boy might have a live firearm, under what circumstance is the proper strategy to roll up three feet away from him where he could potentially easily shoot you? That isn't standard operating procedure on how to deal with an armed suspect. It's incredibly stupid.
