You said he shouldn't be dead. You certainly don't know that. His lifestyle says otherwise.

The police officer shouldn't have administered the initial choke hold considering it's a banned practice in that unit. Officer at fault? Yes. Should have at least been indicted.

Garner didn't care one bit about his own health and that contributed greatly to his death as evidenced by his autopsy. Garner also didn't comply with the officers and showed absolutely no sign of doing so. Garner also at fault for his own death? Yes.

You're ignorance in failing to see that last point isn't my place to keep beating it into your head. But it's fun to watch you look like an idiot.

So you view blacks as the opposition? The lack of empathy may come from the fact these people continually show a blatant lack of respect for the law and authority and want everything handed to them on top of that.
