Yes I’ve played, and I was taught to keep my head up when tackling and not to lead with the crown 20 f’n years ago.

He didn't lead with the crown of his helmet and he didn't leave his feet. He hit a 6'5" QB while he was in a crouched position. By the letter of the rule, it's targeting... but it's cheap.
