UF is playing much better. And OM might still be riding the UGA high and overlook them. OM is gonna have to hope that their DL that played UGA shows up. I don’t see a scenario where Auburn beats TAMU.The loss to Ky AT HOME has to have consequences
Florida may have shot their wad with their LSU game while OM was off. We could use Aub beating aTm & aTm beating Texas also.
Nico has been catching some heat but I thought he played well in a tough environment coming off a concussion and playing as a Freshman, redshirt or not.I like our chances. Other than maybe Autzen stadium, we won’t be playing anywhere as tough as Athens at night, and one positive takeaway from last nights game was Nico’s composure. He didn’t seem to be rattled at all (except when the line broke down).
At Auburn anything can happen. On thing about Auburn they have played most folks close. But I agree it won’t be easy, but in the sec nothing is impossible.UF is playing much better. You’re right. We’ve looked great on the road. Which road game was it you watched that made you say “man I’m gonna be really excited if we get a road game draw in the playoffs due to our past road play”.You are being over dramatic
We're getting there as a team. I honestly think we will do well at a non sec road game and a neutral site game.I like our chances. Other than maybe Autzen stadium, we won’t be playing anywhere as tough as Athens at night, and one positive takeaway from last nights game was Nico’s composure. Go to ESPN playoff predictor and say that we win the rest of the games and don’t make the conference championship and it says we have an 83% chance of just making the playoffs.Much different than the numbers pre Georgia. I’m wanting to say the last I saw was like 37% with a loss to Georgia. Did they change because we played a good half at GA?
Yep. I know the media was trying to sell Georgia as has-been, and I hope that comes true at some point, but they are a team that is loaded with talent. They had a very bad game against Ole Miss, kinda like we did against Arkansas. People forget that they schooled Texas on the road. You win some, you lose some. We are in a much better place than we were a few years ago. I still feel good. The sky isn’t falling yet.
We are right where we were expected to be at this point in the season. The only difference is we dropped Arkansas instead of Oklahoma.
Edit: if we end up playing Penn state the final might legitimately be 10-9 or something lol. Two defense heavy teams.
