I thought Hamilton was weak and would never fire his guy Pearl. It looks like I was wrong about that. His reported most recent decision makes me want to keep Hamilton around...

MH is weak and when BP is fired, MH would only be the messager boy. MH no longer deserves the job, fire him first, name Blackburn as interim then BP fired.

I want Condredge Holloway or even Phillip Fulmer as the AD, I think either of them would do a wonderful job in representing our school and they are both true Tennessee Volunteers, unlike Hamilton.

UT needs to go outside and hire a big time AD when hamilton gets fired, which hopefully will be soon.

After this little stunt Hammy pulled with Pearl right before the tourney, I'm ready to jump on the Fire Hamilton bandwagon.

FFS, we can't do worse.

I just can't get past how stupid the timing of this interview and everything were.

Before this, I felt like there was absolutely no way someone can be that dumb and maintain their job for so long. He needs the ax before Bruce.

I personally think that Fulmer would be a horrible hire as AD. First off, I respect CFP for what he did for Tennessee. But that ship has sailed and having him as AD would just complicate CDD efforts. An AD's job is a high level manager, PR, fundraiser, etc....not micro-managing day-to-day efforts of the football coach. I just don't think CFP could help himself.

Yes, no one admits it but college sports is all about the money, especially football. I just read that UT made over $280k from the Music City bowl. Auburn lost over 600k and won a National Championship. Yes, I'd rather have the NC but still, money talks and updated facilities, equipment, etc... also talks with recruits and alumni (who write more checks).

CFP was great for Tennessee but his time came and went. Let's move on.

Cam magically learn how to read defenses? Newton has a huge learning curve to go through, i'd go defense with that 8th pick.

Sure, there were issues when Doug Dickey was AD... but he always seemed to keep them under the radar and UT would only get a slap on the wrist. Hamilton just doesn't seem to know how to "play the game" when it comes to the NCAA and the media.

Hamilton will likely fire pearl the day after UT gets eliminated from the NCAAs. Then, the UT president will be looking to fire hamilton soon after.

Kiffin,Pearl, and all the bs surrounding the programs, time for the school president to show some "onions" and fire the man who was on the clock and hired the slimballs
