Still wish we had kept the BYU game instead of scheduling Virginia in Nashville. There were rumors of it being played on Friday night instead of Saturday, and I'll be in Utah that week anyway for my wedding. I was really looking forward to attending the 55-3 beatdown we owe them. Sigh.

If you purchased tickets through Ticketmaster and want to exchange them such as move to visitors side which gets the shade first, you can do so with $10 handling fee per ticket. I called 800-635-8000 and pressed option 2. I was looking at the seating chart and knew exactly the seats wanted and that they were same price as originally purchased. The agent was able to look up my order since I didn't have my order number in front of me. My parking was left alone. The stadium will be filled with orange anyway.

well there goes having a tailgate for UVa. What a POS game time. 11am. I know TV dictates times but why the hell are we playing this at noon/11am? Danny White or someone should have said no thanks.
If we didn't drop BYU it wouldn't have been a noon game

Tailgate an hour before and all night after. Tons of games on to watch tailgating that night. That’s our plan.

I'm here to eat a little crow...never, ever did I imagine the game in Nashville would be a Noon EST kickoff.

UVA will be running on pure emotion and will come out fast...if we aren't careful, this one could get ugly.

One thing that helps is Heupel and team seem to love playing the earlier games....cite LSU.

We could very well lose at the swamp. Night game 85,000 loud fans and Joe’s first true road test and we always trip on ourselves down there. Gators will surprise some people this season I think.

I don't mind the 7 time for Florida. It will be slightly less hot then. We are so much better than them that any home field advantage will disappear when it's 28-7 at half, but that heat would be a killer.
The heat goes both ways.
No amount of practicing in the heat gets the body ready for a full game in that same heat.
UF has fewer quality players to rotate in at this point. That should be a plus for us.
It will be a brutal game.

I don't think our roster is nearly as conscious of our record of futility down there as we are. They should be ready.
Elite players don't usually think that way.

I hope your right we have the better team but Florida still has talent as much as us on that roster. We in no way should overlook them

Downtown Nashville at night on Broad is fine. Will be lots of security. Just stay in a group, no open purses or phone is back pockets, stay off dark side streets and go in by midnight

I don’t know if the Gators will surprise some people or not, but win or lose at Utah that team and crowd will either be confident or desperate. We need to start really quick.

No kidding. Ten minutes to gobble down a pint of beam and show time. No good

Florida sucks. We’ll beat them because we’re much better.

I don't think Heupel thinks that way either. He definitely coaches to win and doesn't coach to not lose. Which is refreshing. I also don't think we have to worry about overlooking them. Our boys will be prepared.
