Tuttle was a victim of injuries. Don't really see how he fits into your example. He was a beast before getting chopped blocked by that punk Kublanow from Georgia.

Yeah that was a weak move. Even after that though he never really ended up being as good as most people thought he would be

I haven't read through the thread, but with Manny D. going to Temple and with their poor showing in the bowl, I think this improves our chances with him. I am curious on whether many will bring anyone else from Miami with him. Is there anyone else besides us and Miami who are really players here?

I haven't listened to the VQ podcast from today yet but apparently the mods said Bogle wasn't a definite take anymore. Someone made a thread about it and here's a comment from Austin Price...

Bogle didn’t have a strong year. And I was told this by someone in the football complex....again I said TN had other holes to fill and if things went perfect with that then I didn’t see him as a take.

Not if we don’t have room. With us adding Crouch, there are other positions that are more important with limited positions like ILB and DE. Especially when you know Wright is a take. We’ve only got a few spots left

I’m surprised Allen is transferring but I think they expected him to be immediate help and he just didn’t have what it took to make it into the starting lineup.

I think Bama wants Bogle if they can land him, but he'll need to beef up by 15-20 lbs before he's SEC capable. After landing Crouch and with few spots left I can see why Pruitt may have cooled on Bogle some. Pruitt might be considering grad or Juco transfer(s) who could make an impact right away.
