For the record folks, randy sanders is offensive

Ok, I understand, but I've seen several people state that he is qb coach, when in fact he is offensive coordinator. It makes them feel better about themselves to keep talking crap about a true Vfl.

Haha, for the 10th time in this thread PLEASE STOP!

Also, what's up with that username? Are you a decedent? It doesn't fit with you posts here, JMO.

Oh ok, in name only? If that makes you feel better. Randy sanders can't possibly be the offensive coordinator of a national championship team! Especially after he was brutalized by our all knowing fan base, you know, the ones that wanted Phil gone?

That's it lil champion. :cray:...let it out. :cray: :cray: The purpose behind your "worry" threads have become clear...you still haven't let go of your CPF hero worship, so you put up these threads...trying to get a reaction...well I plan on camping out on them and having some fun...thank you in advance. :salute:

This thread physically hurt to read. "Hey guys! Let's hope the coach of one year gets hired away because it's inevitable, and despite the fact that he's bringing in a sick amount of talent, hope someone else I presume based on nothing but my own opinion is better is brought in and the turnover saga continues!" This is basically how I perceive this thread. No offense. Well maybe a little... kidding. Maybe.

Coordinator/ qb coach of a national championship team. Is it possible that he will establish himself enough to eventually become our head coach? I know there are a lot of necks that don't understand football and don't like him, but if Fsu wins another title soon with his leadership, he is positioning himself nicely. I like butch a lot, but if he become very successful, michigan may come calling. Just things to think about. Go randy! Go vols!:hi:

I sat behind the Vol bench during a game of Randy Sanders last year at UT and yelled FIRE RANDY SANDERS the whole friggin' game. The crowd around me could not have agreed more.

We don't want Randy (or Phil) back. Randy had/has zero creativity and or ability to understand the talent on the field.

Considering how low in the pecking order we fell when butch was hired, sanders might be an excellent choice, if butch decides to move on. I personally think Dave hart got lucky when he hired butch, but we all know he wasn't our first choice. Goodness gracious, Texas hired Charlie strong who in my opinion will be a huge failure. I wish randy much success and hope he is very successful to the point he could be a viable candidate at some point. :lolabove:

Were you not around from '02 to '05 when the Big Orange offense went straight into the ground. Chavis should have gotten half of Sanders' salary as much as his defense bailed out Sanders' offense. I've seen some dumb posts on here but this is by far the worst.

What about 2001? In 2002, clausen broke his collar bone. But in 2003 and 2004 we won 10 games (wow, tough times, huh?) in 2005, we had a qb controversy but Ainge had not fully recovered from injuries the previous year. There's more to it than meets the eye when everyone wants to Fahr the coach.:good!:

Hmmm, So nick saban coaches a bunch of pikers, huh? Amazing!!! Randy sanders is one of our own ! He is a Vfl! A real Vfl not a faux Vfl like vol fans. I love butch! But every good ad keeps a short list handy!

Great players make coaches sometimes look better, is Saban a better coach today compared to when Bama went 6-6 in his 1st year? NO, he just has better talent. There's a reason a guy like Phil Jackson doesn't rush off to coach the Bucks. So by your philosophy a "VFL" means more when it comes to coaching?? Is Tee Martin still a VFL since he spurned us for USC? What about Sanders staying inside the SEC and going to KY to coach against "one of his own"?

Maybe your boy VFL Phil shouldn't have tossed him under the bus.

All the long lost love threads are getting stupid
