I don't believe that. We have a really young team. Oklahoma is the number 4 team in the nation. It's only Butch's second year so it's waaaay to early to throw in the towel on that. Lots of experience will be gained in this game and the rest of the season, then the building will truly begin. These kids will be the leaders of the future.

That being said, why do we ever run one out of the endzone?

so what are we talking about here 5 to 7 yrs down the road. i'm not sure we could beat de salles from cali. we look like we shouldn't have got off the plane.

i'm a realist carl. i've probably seen my last SEC championship in tenn in my lifetime. jones can recruit who ever he wants, won't matter with blown coverages and bone head plays. he will be lucky to see a winning season. there is a reason dooley beat him. i thought we had better talent, but now i don't think so. the coaching i'm seeing tonight is poor.

Have you heard how many times the announcers have said "freshman"? You don't go on the road against the number 3 team in the country and win with freshmen! You're not a rocket scientist..... I can tell

Let me explain that thinking the absolute worst negative in each scenario doesn't make you a realist, champy. I don't know who taught you that but they were wrong.
And not being objective enough to realize that we may have just played the national champion who just put 45 up on bama 3 games ago may have a lot to do with it. Writing off coaches after a loss at OK is far from realist. It's mental. Not sure what to call it but your thought process is mental.
